Online courses:

The Tango series consists of 4 major courses organised in ascending levels of difficulty. It's a comprehensive, step-by-step guide that will accompany you in developing your ability to spontaneously arrange/orchestrate, for example, on the piano, starting from a lead-sheet (chord symbols and melody). Throughout the course, you will learn to improvise your own arrangements and also transcribe them onto paper. In each level, you will work with the same 10 tangos, including: 4 Tango Songs, 4 Tango Instrumentals, 1 Waltz (in 3/4 time), and 1 Milonga. These tangos will help you develop different piano roles: Solo Piano Accompanying Piano The role of the piano in a tango orchestra Level 1 of the Tango Secrets piano course will enhance your mastery of basic orchestration roles, guide you in the subconscious integration of fundamental elements of functional harmony, and introduce the specific characteristics of the tango genre, laying a solid foundation not only for tango but for a transversal understanding of various genres. It includes: Over 4 hours of video content distributed across 3 modules, totaling 41 classes, with clear and illustrative explanations, detailed demonstrations in exercise proposals, and practice tracks. All presented in a user-friendly interface, allowing you to view sheet music, American chord symbols, and the piano keyboard. Over 100 pages of PDF files, including a complete study book with texts and sheet music that complement the videos. 3 practice routines for each module, designed to accommodate various study time constraints and needs.
